Open Quick Assist
- Click the start button
- On the keyboard type:
“Quick Assist” and select the Quick Assist app. - Once you have selected the app continue with the instructions below.
Start the Connection
- Enter the code from your support technician
- Click “Share screen”
- Click “Allow” to start the remote session with your technician
