Locate and List Your Device Names

To find the "device name" of your computer(s) you will be remotely connecting to, follow these instructions.

Get on the computer you'll be connecting to and login.

Right click the start button in the bottom left hand of your computer screen (Windows Logo).

Click "System" on the menu that pops up.

Locate "Device Name" under the "Device Specifications" area.

Please put that exact name in the box below.

Do this for each device you'll need access to.
