MSP REMOTE SETUP PROCESS

Initial Setup of Your Account
1) Request Account Creation
You will fill out the account setup form. Once we receive your information we will create your account and send you an account setup email.
2) Receive Account Setup Email
Your client account will be created by Plan First Technologies. Once the account is created, you will receive an email to complete your account setup. Click the button in the email to get started.

3) Create A Password
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure password. If you forget your password it can be reset by contacting Plan First Technologies.
4) MFA Selection
MFA stands for Multi Factor Authentication. This will be an additional code you enter while accessing the portal.
via Text message (SMS) – A code will be texted to your phone.
*You may have to click “Change Phone” to put your own number in.
via Application (Time Based) – A code will be sent to a mobile phone application.
Once your code is entered and successfully verified you will be logged in to the portal.
